“Christian has been wonderful every single step of the way. From the first time I spoke to him on the phone, I knew he was perfect for us to capture our big day. Not only has he taken the most wonderful pictures of the entire day, it was a pleasure and a real joy for both us and our guests to spend the day with him (this is important given you will probably speak to him more than you do your husband/wife on your wedding day!!!)
Christian is a perfectionist when it comes to capturing the perfect shot, which is a good thing as they’ve turned out wonderful! He coordinates people quickly and has an eye for detail.
It’s almost 5 weeks since we had our wedding and one of the first things people say to us about the wedding is what a great guy our photographer was!
Christian spends the entire day with you, right from first thing in the morning right through to JUST before it gets real messy on the eve. An absolute perfect amount of time. Christian really listened to what we wanted and was flexible to meet our needs.
We loved so much about Christians style, including ensuring we captured key elements throughout the day. Time really does go by so fast that you’d forget so many photos without that! Christian is a real pro and clearly is very passionate about what he does.
If you are in anyway on the fence about hiring Chrisitan, I would say take the time to have a chat with him and you’ll soon be booking him for your day. The vibe he gives isnt just a sales pitch, that’s Christian through and through - personable, charismatic and a great photographer!

For the wonderful wedding of Amy & Dan, Tattershall Castle made for an absolutely stunning and opulent wedding venue choice. We were all excited to be there; the castle looking very special on this particularly sunny summer’s day and we received the warmest welcome from Rupert, the wedding coordinator and his lovely wedding team.
When Amy & Dan asked me to be their wedding photographer at Tattershall Castle, I jumped at the chance and I was so excited! The wedding lived up to my expectations - a beautiful bride and groom and a beautiful venue. Amy & Dan were looking for somebody to capture the day’s happiness - you know - all the hugs, kisses and laughter and they also wanted someone who would capture some stunning portraits of the two of them to remember the day by and make the most of the National Trust treasure in Lincolnshire!
The bridal preparations took place at the the absolutely beautiful Petwood Hotel in Woodhall Spa. What a staircase - absolutely crying out for a bridal portrait! The boys were getting ready a few doors down so I was able to capture some moments of groom prep too - bonus!
The guests started to arrive and I love capturing all the greetings, hugs, smiles and laughter which made for lovely memories of how wonderfully happy Amy & Dan’s wedding day was.
The room in which the ceremony takes place at Tattershall Castle is absolutely epic for photographs - an opportunity for a photographer to create really atmospheric and striking photographs. As Amy walked up the aisle towards her future husband you could see the emotion, clearly. It had been a long wait for this wedding because of postponements and I’m sure that added to the emotions - a desire to be married and then on top of that, having to wait even longer to tie the knot!
I’m so pleased for Amy & Dan that they finally got the wedding of their dreams.
After the ceremony we were able to climb to the top of the castle and get a nice shot of some of the guests - those who would brave the climb!

For the wedding reception - what a beautiful countryside retreat!
After the wedding at the castle, a lovely drinks reception and some bride and groom portraits (which I absolutely love) we travelled the short distance (the guests on the superb double decker bus) to meet the lovely and excellent Julie Pounds (Julie Pounds Wedding & Events) who looked after us and coordinated the reception perfectly.
There were games to play and even some really superb and very posh tents for guests to stay in after the celebrations - a perfect place to crawl into at the end of the night!
The speeches were absolutely brilliant, romantic, heart-felt and hilarious - as you’ll no doubt see when you look through these photographs…
The dancing and music was amazing - so much fun and stylish shapes for me to capture!
